With an album due in early April Machine Gun is the first track to drop from Noisia. The Dutch DnB/Electro artists/remixers/producers produce some excellent sounds and this new track is a monster. Here in its 16bit remix version, there are 2 other mixes and the original also on their SoundCloud page...
When it's good, keep on doing what you're doing. If ain't broke don't fix it... blah, blah, you get the picture! More stuff anyway...
Dubstep monkey business
This great video, as it mentions if you go to the actual YouTube posting, was produced by Sampology, using the monkey-themed remix by Parker, based on the Caspa's classic dubstep remix of TC's 'Where's My Money'. It's got monkeys and Jungle Book video samples, so what more could you want.
You can download this version on MP3 here, from the original post on the Chrome Kids blog - always worth checking.
Audio Bullys
I have a major soft spot for the Audio Bullys and think their first album was the shizz. This is the video of their 'Shot You Down' track sampling Nancy Sinatra
Here's a great re-fix/edit by DJ Dunno of the same track and also a re-rub/edit by 2 Bit Thugs of their classic 'We Don't Care'...
Audio Bullys feat Nancy Sinatra - Shot You Down (Dunno Adds Filth Refix)(Sorry DMCA'd. Try searching Hype Machine)

More airloaf baptizia video mash business
I know I posted on airloaf's video mashes last time, but they're great and I really love this Noisia track...
The main track featured here is by Noisia, from the Netherlands, who are Drum and Bass royalty for those that are living dangerously at dubstep's 140bpm. The drop at just past the minute is the killer for me...
Went last night to see 'Morecambe - the Play'. About half of the famous (in the UK) Morecambe and Wise duo, comedians with careers spanning the early 1940's through to the mid-80's. The story of Eric Morecambe's (real name Eric Bartholomew) life and career from clubs, to variety and theatres and then onto TV is mesmerisingly performed, in a touching, yet very funny way. If you are interested in, or a fan of, them you must see this in the remainder of its UK tour, after it finishes its Christmas run in London on Sunday (17th).
If you want to udnerstand more, just click here for all the YouTube clips, including the stripper breakfast, Andre Previn (Preview), Angela Rippon and many more sketches/songs.
If you're on twitter, of course look me up, but also check out these guys and their music and remixes...
For the record I'm not sure I'm fussed about Ke$ha ripping Uffie's sound, more excited by this send up from the t-shirt flogging Midnight Beast
You can download the Midnight Beast MP3 version here and if you must see the original video then it's here Ke$ha - Tik Tok (video) on Youtube. And while we're here this is my Kesha vs Noisia (Dutch DnB Masters) mash to play or DL...
Picking up on Uffie again, an excellent edit of her 'First Love' track was done by Pristine Blusters out of Brazil (DL below). Check the 4Watt facebook page for a more recent remix they've done.
So a six month break should be enough to come up with some fantastic posts and exciting stories, except for the fact the lack of time was just work and family.
The podcasts are still running and as well as posting them I'll also catch on some great tracks, youtube clips and starting with my favourite picture from the last few months at my home station. Who needs an inflatable dolphin in Streatham Common and why lean against its blow-hole like that.....!?
Thanks for checking back and for the 2,500 of you that have downloaded posted with Freestyle's 'Don't Stop the Rock' from the Cadbury's 'eyebrow' commercial racking up 1,500 DL's on it's own - check back on the full post from last february here.
